Breaking the Cycle of Violence Through Opportunity
Nigeria’s Choice: Invest in Youth or Pay for Conflict
Across Nigeria, the cost of inaction is clear. Lack of opportunity, low citizen engagement, and weak partnerships have pushed our youth toward violence. Boko Haram, banditry, kidnapping, communal clashes—none are inevitable. They are the predictable outcomes of a generation denied purpose and pathways to prosperity.
The Numbers Tell a Dire Story
Over 2 million young Nigerians graduate secondary school each year with nowhere to go—no higher education, no skills training, no jobs.
18.3 million out-of-school children—the highest globally.
Only 63% of primary school-age children attend regularly.
42.54% of Nigerians are aged 0–14; the median age is 18.1 years.
The population is 229 million (2024), projected to reach 234.6 million (2025).
Youth ages 15–35 total 64.1 million people.
This is more than a youth crisis. It is a demographic time bomb.
Millions grow up without education. Millions more graduate into unemployment. Population growth accelerates. Idle hands and hopeless hearts become recruiting grounds for extremism and crime.
Nigeria cannot afford another lost generation.
The TBLF Solution: Opportunity as Counter-Insurgency
We have the land. We have the space. We have the vision.
Nigeria now needs partners who understand that youth empowerment is national security.
TBLF has secured:
0.25-acre lot (~1,000sqm)
5,000 sq ft (~465sqm) of usable indoor space
This will become a Center for Entrepreneurship and Workforce Development—a strategic intervention to rebuild Nigeria’s future.
This is not charity.
This is nation-saving infrastructure.

A community strengthened instead of divided
A future secured instead of more funerals
Partners Who Understand That
✓ Prevention is cheaper than counter-terrorism
✓ Skills training outperforms military campaigns
✓ Economic opportunity defeats extremism
✓ Engaged youth today = peace tomorrow
✓ Local solutions scale faster than foreign programs
The Investment Opportunity
We are seeking partners—corporations, development agencies, foundations, government bodies, diaspora groups, and faith institutions—to fund three phases:
1. Infrastructure Development
Construction • Equipment • ICT • Solar power
2. Program Launch
Curriculum • Certification partners • Staff • 200+ youth annually
3. Sustainability
Endowment • Employer partnerships • Replication model
